Communication is the bread and butter of a stable business. Zendesk is a third party provider that helps clients have a variety of options in this area. The software links to Zendesk and gives distributors another avenue to communicate with questions, and/or suggestions that they might have. Simply set up an account, insert password and key into the MarketPowerPRO system, and start using Zendesk as another communication avenue.
